Download of BE 12 64-bit

Hello,
 
I have a 64-bit version of Windows 2003 Server Standard SP2 on my backup server.  I have the regular 32 bit install, where can I download the 64-bit version?  Appreciate your help.
 
Is upgrading the 64-bit version the same process as the 32-bit?

You can download the trialware by following the links at http://www.symantec.com/business/products/trialware.jsp?pcid=2244&pvid=57_1
 
Just enter your serial(s) at the appropriate place during install
 
Is upgrading the 64-bit version the same process as the 32-bit?
 
Do you mean upgrading v11d 64-bit to v12 64-bit?  Just install v12 on top of v11d
