    They will request a serial number. But you can call and still try.

    Hope you have a support ID or atleast a case number of a case that you or your colleague might have created in the past. With the above details, Symantec support can fetch the details of your licence. If you are able to successfully verify the other details, they should be able to help you.

    Hello,

    For CleanWipe, you may require a Serial number. 

    However, why not create a Case with Symantec Technical Support for the same?

    They shall help you with cleanWipe as well as uninstalling the product.
