Endpoint Protection

I want this file to be permitted and exectuted as users DO need to access, however SEP is not happy with it.

Here are the pics I have seen pertaining to it, I need to know how to let this run and NOT be blocked by the DL Insight.

Add that domain as trusted

Same results, not working.

Go into the Risk log on the SEPM and try adding it to the policy that way.

I think I got it by adding the Web domain to be trusted.

Sweet, usually does the trick and allows it to be downloaded.

The whole final section in there is on FP corrections and exceptions. 

Do continue to use Insight- I have seen it perform very effectively at blocking malicious files.

Also: be very careful if the file that you are downloading from a 3rd party suddenly comes up as malicious, where it was previously seen as safe.  A known good file on another company's webserver may have been infected or replaced by a trojanized one.
