  • 1.  Download of old PGP Desktop version 10.1.1

    Hi...

     

    We are using PGP-Desktop 10.1.1 (32Bit) on around 150 Desktops which are running under Windows XP SP3.

    For an upgrade to Windows 7 (64Bit)  we want to still use the PGP Desktop Version 10.1.1, but for WIN7 we need the 64Bit Version of PGP Desktop 10.1.1.

     

    It's possible to provide us the PGP Desktop 10.1.1 (64Bit) version to download?

    Hi Michael,

    There are many improvements in the latest versions of PGP Desktop. Is there any particular reason why would you need to use that specific version?

    I would sincerely advise directly against using 10.1.1 for Windows 7 64-bit deployments. Especially if these are newer Intel i5 or i7 processors. This is due to code limtations and memory management capaabitlies in that version. Futhermore, Windows 7 64-bit SP1 is not even supported until 10.2.1 Build 26 or later.

    I would recommend, at very least being on release version 10.2.1 or newer for Windows 7 64-bit platform today. Just my two cents.
