Download Portal Symantec, Latest Versions

Hello out there,

 

after migrating PGP webcontent to symantec I have some trouble downloading the latest version for PGP products.

I can only see old versions of PGP Desktop (10.1.1) and PGP Universal Server (3.1).

The PGP support team told me to download the latest Desktop version 10.2 but I can't find it in my downloads.

Can somebody help me?

My understanding is that the next Desktop release will be 10.1.2 instead of 10.2.  Unless your PGP support team has been able to obtain it prior to general release for you, you should not yet have it available for download.

Also der PGP / Symantec Support nannte mir die Version 10.2 als neuen Client.

Die Frage ist, ob der überhaupt schon releast ist oder erst kommt?

The current release is 10.1.1.  Version number 10.1.2 or 10.2 is not yet released.  I believe the person advising you of 10.2 to have made a simple mistake.

I just received an email stating that PGP Desktop 10.1.2 was available for download, but cannot find the new version anywhere on the site.  I had to spend 30minutes finding the new customer numbers since the buyout.

I think this will help:

    Navigate to the following URL: https://licensing.symantec.com
    Log in to your account (the email is the same you used for LEMS)
    Click Manage My Licenses
    The next screen will show the ' Welcome to the License Management Home Page' page , click on the 'advance search' link that is located under the 'Search your License Catalog' portion.
    The next screen will show the 'Search License Catalog' page. Under Search By License Details portion click the first drop down menu and choose All License Keys. After that, click on the Search button.
    It will show the list of the products that you have registered. Click on the View Details link located at the right hand side of the product to view your license information.

The upgrade will only be there for you if you are eligible for the free upgrade.  If it isn't and you believe you should be eligible for the free upgrade, you will need to contact Customer Care.
