  • 1.  Download previous SEP packages (12.1.4013.4013)

    Hi all,

     

    I need to download the client SEP 12.1.4013.4013 but in fileconnect the tab "Archived Versions" is grayed.

     

    Where could I find those packages? I need them in both English and Italian language, 32 and 64 bit.

    Call support, they will send you the download link

    Whenever a new version is released the previous version will be archived.

    Call Support they will provide you with FTP id and Pass you can download from there,other than that no other way to get previous version
