I was looking at the NS 7 requirements. I noticed it require NS 6 SP3 R8 or later. When I looked at our NS, I saw we are still at R7. I have seen items as far up as R10 for NS 6. Can somebody tell me what the most recent roll up for NS 6 is as well as where I can download it from? I'm not having much luck finding that information. I would like to get everything current in prep for moving to NS 7.

Actually, to my utter surprise when I went to go look for you, I found out R11 is the latest. The release notes and download location are here: KB45335_R11_Hotfix_Roll-up.

I have downloaded R11 now and will begin the upgrade sometime this week.
This leads me on to my next question...cost to upgrade to NS7. Is NS7 something we can upgrade to without paying as long as our AUP is up to date? Do we have to purchase it (and licenses for it) seperately, or is it all part of our current NS6 AUPs? I know I can download it from Symantec's download site, but I don't want to install it to find out it is trial only because our current NS6 licenses will not work. I have seen links about the licenses transferring, but I've not found anything re: if there is another charge to upgrade to NS7 from NS6.
There is no extra charge
if your AUP is current. The Altiris KB Article 46128 provides 'official backing'. The one area I would be concerned about is the replacement of Carbon Copy by PC Anywhere in v7. That is where a phone call to your sales rep would come into play. It should be a one to one replacement, however having that license available is the key concern\question.
On the systems I've built, I've used my NS6 licenses without any issue.
