Workflow and ServiceDesk Community

I did a quick search through the workflow group but did not see a link that worked for this (the current 30 day trial one was not working). We own several products including altiris and CCS which from my understanding at Vision 2011 are able to use Workflow

 

Is contacting our rep the only way to obtain the software or is there a download area much like what is available for product upgrades that we can use to obtain the workflow software? I've requested a VM through the workflowswat site though I'm 99.9999% sure we're going to use the software and wanted to work on a test environmnt on our network.

Which version of altiris are you on? When we downloaded ns7.1 it was included as a software that was installable via software delivery to a machine. You use the same installer for both dev clients as well as the server. Older versions of NS had it available on the file system of the server if I remember correctly. Hope this helps, Parksddd

Right no we're on 6.x

 

Another team works on Altiris and I'll check with them as to if they have the 7.1 download though I thought perhaps it had its own install set avaiable for use

You really want to use workflow 7.1 regardless of which version of altiris you have. Try and get it from that other team. Good luck
