download/distribution job problems

I am having a problem distributing updates---they never complete--it sits at 99% and never completes and I have to complete it manually.

I have a job that I marked to cancelled over a week ago and it is still cancelling--it won't cancel. Is there something I can do to cancel this job?

My download/distribute shedules to not run. This may be related to the job that won't cancel.

I am on the latest version of live update administrator and have installed mr2 sp1. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, we just released an updated version, 2.1.3, you can update to this version via the LiveUpdate link on the upper right had side of the console.

We believe we have addressed this problem with this version.
