I recently purchased the Endpoint small business edition and cannot get it to download. I opened a tech case and was transferred to 4 different people with no solution and the promise of a call back. I have gotten as far as the file transfer screen and it is asking for a file directory under the destination tab. The customer service person got me to this point and then transferred me to tech support only for me to be told the person assigned to me was unavailable. I can't understand half of what is being said because none of them speak decent English. Aggravated and looking for a solution.....
