  • 1.  Drafts folder does not synchronize with Exchange

    I am running TD HD 8.5.00094 on Android 5.0.2 (btw Android <version> is missing in the pulldown menu Operating system on which product is running: above)

    I have chosen the email Drafts folder for synchronization, and it works Exchange => TD HD on my phone. But when I make changes to items in the phone Drafts folder, hey are not synchronized to Exchange.

     

    Is this an error or a planned functionality?

    Hi,

    Thanks for letting us know about the pull-down.

    The Drafts folder will sync down from Exchange and will hold drafts created within Touchdown, however it will not sync new drafts from Touchdown to Exchange. I don't believe Activesync supports this but I can verify if you'd like.
