What I always do, delete the drive in NetBackup

tpconfig -delete -drive <drive index>

configure the new drive and ensure it's visible at OS level

 /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/scan   - ensure you can see the drive

Then add new drive: /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/tpautoconf -a

restart ltid
