I was trying to testing the ".eml files' under the \drop folder to simulat live traffice.

After creating all the policy, response rules. Place the ".eml files" in to the \drop.

    No response occur?

The File Reader did not detect the process and the files still remain in the \drop folder.

    Anyone ? ?

    HI June,

Could you please confirm what settings you have under "BoxMonitor.Channels"

To check please nagivate to click on System>Servers>Overview>Detection Server Detail>- Advanced Server Settings

Make sure that you have exactly BoxMonitor.Channels = Packet Capture, Copy Rule

Anything other than that drop folder wont work for example BoxMonitor.Channels = Inline SMTP

Hope this will resolve your issue

What kind of Detection Server you used? Network Monitor, or Network Prevent for Email?

Make sure the type of your Detection Server is Network Prevent for Email.

Hi Syed Hussain and Yang Zhang,

    It works!

After changing the BoxMonitor Channel and placing the files to the correct server.

It mange to delete the files once I place it in .

    Big Thank You !
