What rights are required for DS users to use Wake On Lan (wol) and Remote Control features of the console?

If you right click on Computers, then click on permissions, then select either a user or a group, then select Wake Up and Remote Control. The way I would recommend approaching security is to create certain groups based on what you want people to be able to do, then set permissions for each group. It becomes easier to manage, imho, when you do not have to set indivdual permissions for each person.

Thanks for the reply, and that happens to be exactly my goal but I can not seem to get documentation on WHAT rights are REQUIRED to do WOL and Remote Control to assign to the groups.

Rights are for configuring the DS Permissions are for computers and jobs. Just right click on the all computers and go to Permissions. It is obvious what rights you are looking for labled "Remote Control" and "Wake up". Thats all you should need to set to either allow or deny remote control or wake up on the manage computers.
