    Dear All,

    We have an automation issue with WinPE. Please see screenshot attached.

    MAC address and computername is blank and therefore no computer appears in the console.

    Firewall is disabled and it appears network is fine, since the machine receives an IP address from the DHCP server.

    Could you please help?

    Hi Edy

    You can try rebuilding your PXE Image, and please confirm that WMI is selected.

    If your PXE Image doesn't "support" WMI, a lot of information about your client is missing in the console.

    I have solved problem. Not sure why. I rebuilt the WinPE and had to set the Option under Global for MAC and Serial no.
