Not sure about development, but certainly fixes
There won't exactly be tons of development effort directed at 6.9, since 7.1 is where the product is going. I've heard talk of an SP5 to provide some bug fixes and some feature improvements.

For what it's worth...
I've discovered a couple of NS6 bugs in the last few months and the response on both of them was that as the issue is not present in NS7.0, there will not be a fix for the NS6 version.
So much for "fully supported...."

I got that vibe as well
That's the vibe I got as well. If a feature or bugfix implemented in 7.x can also be applied to 6.x, they'll provide it there. But if there's some flaw in NS6 that has to do with the very core of the entire thing, they're not exactly going to tear it apart just to fix it.

Hi sbz, I can confirm that
Hi sbz,
I can confirm that this bug is being looked at as we speak. Restarting the express service should resolve in the short term. Please contact support and let them know you have this problem as they are collecting a pool of contacts for people with this issue.
Any problem -give me a PM.
For the other comments -NS6.x is pretty dead on the development front, so support just entails getting assistance from support to put in workarounds for issues to tide you over for 7.x
DS is getting another service pack, and I hear that this will be essentially be the last SP, and represent a bugfix rollup.

HP RDP
Do you know how this applies to HP RDP, which is still based on the 6.9 code fork?
This particular bug has been
This particular bug has been present through several DS service packs, so my guess is that it's in RDP. Problem is, it is not clear what triggers this problem, and it also appears to be fairly rare.
I put out a post a long time ago now as I was experiencing more than the usual amount of WOL problems and asked if others would catalogue their experiences there. I can't recall now how many replied, but it was not many, which backs up the assumption that something environmental is triggering this.
Kind Regards,
