DS 7 agent is not working properly on Windows 7 Pro x64 client
I'm very new to DS7, and I noticed there are x86 DS agent and x64 DS agent.
I'm currently testing on x64 Windows 7 Pro deployment. I tried to push the agent to one of my x64 client from the console. When I tried to run "Reboot to PXE x64" task, I got an error message telling me the agent for this task type is not installed.
The agent was installed successfully according to the console, and I can see the agent on the x64 client, but I'm not sure if it is x86 agent or x64 agent.
Thus, I got the following questions:
Is there any way to tell what platform the agent is for?
Do I need to choose different agent for different platform before pushing the agent out? Or I just push the agent from the console (Actions-Agents/Plug-ins-Push Symantec Management Agent), and DS can select proper agent for x86 and x64 platform?
