Hello,

I doing a scripted os install.

OS Win7 entr x 64

Computer is a VM

During the windows t setup process I get a windows telling me that there is no images available. but if I check the files present in SOI folder I can see the .wim imgs ???

I use the default configuration file and all default settings

Somebody has an idea ?

Is it possible that the boot environment you're booting to is of a different architecture than the SOI you're trying to run.

I.e. your scripted install is for an x64 OS and you're booting to an x86 boot environment?

It will not be cause of architecture difference, in that case  it will fail to launch setup.

Yes I was also thinging tha same but In both case same result

I tried with a Preboot x64 and sources files for x64 OS and with a preboot x86 with a x86 OS source file

Has somebody achiev to make a scripted OS install working ???

One problem we used to have was adding the wrong folder in the SOI when importing.  We've since prevented that problem, but older releases will still allow it.

I solved that Issue.

SOLUTION:

I have imported an ISO image in my SOI but the product key VLK was not valid when the windows setup stats so i take one from the product.ini file.

I noticed after reading the tecknet that in the unattented file the product key will determine witch .wim image can be instilled, if the key is wrong not .win image is available during windows setup.

I get back to the product.ini and pickup anther key, I imported it in my OS license key in the console and i try the scripted OS install again this time the setup start normally.
