  • 1.  DS to GSS migration and agent upgrade

    Hi just wondering if there is anyway to control the agent upgrade after migration to GSS, documentation says "The existing clients that are connected to the Ghost Solution Suite server automatically start upgrading with the latest version of the Ghost Solution Suite agent. "

     

    How can I make sure agents do not upgrade automatically after the upgrade?

    Normally you can control these setting while removing the following option in control panel -> deployment solution -> options -> transport -> automatically update client
