Deployment Solution

I upgraded to 6.9sp3 and also all my clients were updated and DS Remote Control has been working on and off but now it has stop working completely. Any ideas?

I'd love to help, but I could use a little more information.

AClient, DAgent, or a mix?

Do you receive an error message?  If so, what does it say?

Are there any errors in the event log?

What have you tried so far?

I use AClient and it connects to DS it also shows up in DS as connected . Im not sure what DAgent is and how it works. But I cant remote to it. I have tried using the ports 5001 and 5002 and no luck. I have tried reinstalling aclient its one weird thing though. I cant get into AClient with the password. I dont see nothing in the event log pertaining to this problem.

Hey man thanks that worked. Right after I cleared the mm settings remote control started working again. Thanks again for your help.

Maybe this isn't the place for this but I was wondering about 2 things. It works but I if 2 or more people are remote desktop in it wont remote control and also aclient properties password doesn't work. Have you had that problem?
