DSWeb Permissions

Hello,
I am setting up DS web console so I can have our Techs deploy sw packages that I created in DS, but I am not sure where I set the permissions for the web console. They can get to the web console but receive permission denied and cannot veiw anything on the page at this point. The Techs have rights to DS to create and deploy images but they cannot get into webconsole and I have not found any docs on this yet. Currently the only one whom can use web console are Admins in Altiris DS & NS.
If you have any info on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure that the username that they are logging into DSWEB with has access to the SQL database.
