I need your expert advise and suggestions on this.

Please find my requirement and kindly tell me possibility with the document

    1. Dual Boot image automated image Windows Xp 32-Bit + Windows 7 64-Bit
    2. Application, Drivers and Patches to be incorporate to that image.

The final dual boot image will format the existing the machine and create a new partition. Before formatting, State backup (user and system) to be capture.

What version are you going to use?  Have you tried or are you just doing research?

DS has PCT for personality capture, can backup a drive, can partition it, and can deploy 1 or 2 images, or a collection thereof.  There might be some interesting steps to follow along the way, but that's what DS does - what you're asking for.

    Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for the email.

We have tried with microsoft but no clue. That's why we are planned to try with Altiris DS.

Now we are gng to do R&D and finally we will make this as pilot and production.

Altiris 7 we are gng to use. We are planned to create one final master image with dual boot concepts (including applications, Patches, .MUI packs, drivers etc.,).

Can you please share your valuable knowledge by helping us.

    Regards
