Dumping my migrated settings in SEP 11

I have migrated 3 test servers from SAV 9 to SEP 11 (what an unfortunate acronym) and now that I see all of the policies that I imported through the migration wizard, I think I want to start over with the default policies.  If I try to delete policies, they say they are already assigned, even though I haven't installed the client on any of these particular servers.

So my question is what's the easiest way to dump all of these policies?  Since I'm just testing, should I uninstall and reinstall the endpoint manager?  If so, how do I make sure it does not carry over any settings when I reinstall?  Or, is there an easy way to delete policies, even if they're already assigned?

Thanks.

Create new policies. When the policies are created, right click on the policy and select assign, then assign to all groups. The previous policy can then be deleted.
