Duplicate clients

This issue has been solved. See solution.
We have a strange problem with SEPM 11.0.5.
Since a month we have a new W2003 server with SEPM 11.0.5.
Our workstations got a new image every night. Now there are many duplicate clients. Why is that?
How can we prevent this?

they will be new clients if you are deploying from image follow this document while deploying as an image.
