Duplicate Help Desk Tickets?
I've been noticing several instances of duplicate help desk tickets. They appear to be identical, and not sure why this is happening.
Any suggestions on how to remove them?

Rules or Autoprocessing?
Duplicate Incidents? Have you checked your rules? Does your environment auto process an inbox?
It really depends on how your company works.
To remove them you can delete them. (How many dups are there?)
or
You could link the actual incident to the duplicated incident.
At my company we do not delete incidents we link them and make note of the duplication.(Management likes to keep track of all incidents)
