Duplicate Job failed with "error occurred when attempting to initialize encryption for job"
backupexec 11d rev7170,sp4 with hotfix 62-65 on Windows 2003 sp2 server that (encrypted) backups to a USB hard drive on a nightly basis. Every Friday the plan was to use a duplicate job to copy the last nights backup to a secondary drive for longer retention.
Backup selection list includes file, system state, exchange and sql database.
However we get "Final error: 0xe0000f0c - An error occurred when attempting to initialize encryption for job. Final error category: Job Errors
An error occurred when attempting to initialize encryption for job.

This talks about GRT, Restores or Netware - none of which apply in this case.
Both the duplicate and the FridayBackup use encryption - I had them using the same encryption key, different keys but get the same error.
I did a test backup of a small selection of files and set up a duplicate job in the same manner as the existing job and this worked fine.
Any ideas on where to troubleshoot? I don't really want to seperate the Friday backups into multiple backups (files, exchange, sql, systemstate) and have these duplicated individually.

Won't be able to test this until next weekend though.
Problem still occuring after latest updates installed.
