Duplicate Jobs - How to

Apologize if this has been asked before......
Just upgraded to BE 2012 about a month and a bit ago.
We use backup-to-disk for our servers. At month end we archive month end data to tape for archival purposes.
IN BE 2010 we used to just create a duplicate Job which allowed me to select month end from all of the resources and redirect to tape.
I cannot seem to locate that functionality rather easily in 2012. Does it exist. I browsed through the admin guide however found limited information.

To duplicate, just add stage in job properties. In Admin Guide look for Add Stage section on Page 183 - 184

You could possibly configue a backup job as a server group and backup all to tape. This does not performom the backups in one job but you are able to manage them from a single "group" location. Please view the doc listed below and let me know if it helps.
