Duplicate to Tape Full and Incrementals

A customer of us who uses Backup Exec 2012 is using full backups each day now but the backup window is quite large and we need to reduce it. They have a policy to backup all the information (that is stored on disk at first) into two tapes every day and move them to different storage locations before the end of the day.

So, we have Full Backup to disk with duplication to two tapes each day

We now need on Monday backup to tape the Full and Incremental on the same tape set. On Tuesday we need to backup Full and Incrementals from Monday and Tuesday on the same tape set, and so on.

We end wit:

Saturday: Full Backup to disk with duplication to tape
Monday to Friday: Incremental to disk and duplication of previous full and incrementals

We tried to add a duplicate to tape task for that with the option of all backups set and scheduled to a time were all previous backups completed.

The problem is that this is not working. If we launch it manually the task doesn't do anything. If we wait for the schedule to start the resulting backup has only the one of that day (one incremental alone).

There are some discussions about this but none is conclusive or has clear information about this task.

Do someone know how to accomplish this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
