I'm trying to duplicate an Exchange 2007 Backup set to disk.  Normally when I do this it creates a copy of the actual database in the backup to disk folder.  Now it is only creating BKF files.  Is there something that can be done to fix this?

You may be attempting to duplicate an incorrect backup set or a backup set which does not contain GRT backups! (may be a non-GRt backup)

check to make sure:

1. You are attempting to duplicate the correct backup set containing GRT enabled backup of Exchange 2007

2. The correct account is being used to perform duplicate backup (the one with all required permissions for performing an EXchange GRT backup)

It is a Non-GRT backup since Exchange is running on a CCR cluster and Backup Exec can't do a GRT backup of databases on a CCR environment.

For a non-GRT backup you will not see the "IMG" folders in the destination disk location.

IMG's are associated with GRT backups (or duplicates).

for non-GRT backups (or duplicates) to disk, you will only see .BKF files being generated in the destination folder..
