Maybe you will need to collect some debugs and some troubleshoots for isolating the issue will be required.
The 1st thing to ensure will be What SEP feature (s) is (are) causing the problem?
Have you disabled feature by feature?
Have you installed only AV/AS?
Those info 'd be very usefull for helping you but the most important here 'd be opening a Support case for addressing this incident.
