Endpoint Protection

I disabled SEP and installed GP 2010 on a Citrix machine and was able to get into GP.  When they re-enabled SEP 12.1.4, I received a BEX error on the dynamics.exe.  The customer is unwilling to disable Proactive Threat Protection and Network Threat Protection.  How can get GP to launch in light of this?

did you check the logs on the sep client to see which component of sep is blocking? perhaps we need to add some exception...did you add any?

Have you created the necessary exclusions?

seems like SEP 11 had this issue too

On the client side can try excluding Dynamics.exe from all types of sep scans?
