I recently sent a mail and the mail bounced back to me with a message that my e-mail account had been blacklisted by Symantec.  This is the message I received:

host cluster8.us.messagelabs.com[216.82.249.131]
said: 553-Sorry, your email address jjames99@terra.com.pe has 553-been
blacklisted. Please see the FAQs section on spam 553-at
http://www.messagelabs.com/support/ for more 553 information. (#5.7.1) (in
reply to RCPT TO command)

I would like any help to solve this situation.

Have you set any message relay setting..

Pls check that mail.

Right click on that mail

Go to Message Option.

Check the internet Header(Source ip and destination ip and also get the reason of that message there)

It will help you to find the reason

Thanks.
