E-mail archiving

Hi
One of my user copied her e-mail in to network drive apperantly that network is archived, while he is trying to open that e-mail , out look opens and comes with an error can not open, can any one help me to fix this issue, we are using outlook 2007.

This was an issue specifically with MSG files, but is fixed in EV2007 SP5 - More details here - seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/314411.htm
Is it just MSG files, or other types as well?
EV2007 and only one folder is
EV2007 and only one folder is not working as says can not read item
So if you are pre Service
So if you are pre Service Pack 5 then this is more than likely your issue and in SP5 we now change the way that we archive the MSG files. What I would suggest is to follow the technote that John provided and also note that the fix is not retrospective.
