Hello,
Need help with this error:
e0009541 - Could not connect to the vCenter server or ESX server. Please verify the credential supplied for login.
Backup is failling for just 1 win 2003 vm, over 50 other vm's with same account are working fine
-I have tried backing up directly from ESX server using root account, but fails with same error in just 1 sec.
-I have tried backing up ESX ip adress and no help
-rebooted VM
-updated BE 2012 to latest updates and remote agent on VM
-tried non GRT backup

Hi,
When was last time you were able to backup win 2003 vm?
What is diffrent between working and non working vm?
Is this vm created under a folder?
Are all vms hosted on same datastore?
Please enable debugging on Backup Exec media server from registry and try to backup win 2003 vm.
Send backup job log,bengine.log and beremote.log
Set the following in the Registry using Regedit.
Go to HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Symantec\Backup Exec for Windows\Backup Exec\Engine\VMware Agent.
Set the value for VMware Agent debug log level to 1.
Set the value for SymVmTools debug log level to 1.
Go to HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Symantec\Backup Exec for Windows\Backup Exec\Engine\Logging.
Set the value for CreateDebugLog to 1.
Logs are located at C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Logs
