This issue has been solved. See solution.

I've been looking at forums all over and am just plum confused on what to do next:

I have our FIRST E6400 and I'm trying to build images for each
My first issue was getting it to boot with IRRT with our Windows XP VLK - Used Nlite and fixed that issue
Now I'm up against getting it to boot with PCDOS Enviroment to Ghost
I simply cannot get the drivers to work
Downloaded the driver from Intel (Windows XP)
Unpacked and used FileMon to get the extracted files
Trouble is that these folders don't include anything I can use to make a Network Template with

Packet Driver - Using the SetupBD.exe to initalize this
"That program cannot be run in DOS Mode"

NDIS Driver - Ghost wants a OemSetup.inf which is not included in the driver.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hopefully I can get a best practice or something...

what is the name of the .dos file?

What is the name of the .dos file that you downloaded?   If you use the Browse rather than the setup button then you can manually type in the driver name.

If the dos packet driver that you downloaded was named e1000.dos (a popular name for intel drivers) then the Driver Name that you would have to use is e1000$  . In effect take the dos driver and remove the .dos and then replace it with the $

Good luck with this however Dells have started getting propriatary.  Take a look while in windows to see what IRQ that NIC is on.   I had a 6500 I think it was that had a IRQ that was way out there.

I downloaded the

I downloaded the PRO2kXP_v14.exe file although I did look for a DOS file and couldn't really find one -

As I said I extracted it and they don't have any *.dos files in them
