  • 1.  E6410 black screen after 2269 update

    I saw the other discussions about this and downloaded the 2269 update. My current build after the update is 11.5.1.2266.
    Here is what I've done so far:
    • Copied over the updated files to C:\Program Files\Symantec\Ghost
    • Ran Live update
    • Rebooted
    • Refreshed WinPE
    • Remade ghost boot media

    After imaging the E6410 it starts up and works fine until it has to reboot for the first time. After that first reboot it goes to a black screen with the cursor in the middle. Any and all help on this would be greatly appreciated. Also please let me know if you need any other information.

    In the Console once, what is the version listed there?  I had to install the patch twice on one Ghost server I patched.  What were the issues you were seeing with this E6410 prior to the upgrade, if any?
