Edit pencil missing when viewing a Incident
I have an issue where one of the workers in our helpdesk is missing the edit pencil
I have checked the worker account settings and also the rights of the worker under the ressouces tab in the Altiris console, and the settings are the same as the other workers.
Is this a known issue or am I just missing something?
Any help would be appreciated

Security roles
Double check your Security Role settings under the Config tab. Look at your worker role and make sure Edit Incidents privilege is checked AND that this user is a member of that role.
Also you might want to check his assigned Queue and the permissions there.
Icon Missing on helpdesk Console
After reviewing the Roles > Privileges > Incident Ptivileges > Edit Incidents should be checked for this role attached to the user.
Have a look to this article it is not exactly the same issue but it has been there for a while. Icon missing..
Do you have cutomization? Which version of Helpdesk are you using?
