The installation log you have posted clearly shows date and time, so I do not understand your question.
If your issue has been solved, please use the "Mark as Solution" link on the most relevant thread.
I do not want to display the date
There is no option available to do this. If it is an issue, consider changing the date and time on your files to a fixed value before you compile the installation exe. Then it would not matter if the date is shown.
Altering the installation log may affect the uninstallation process is the files cannot be identified correctly.
