  • 1.  EDM of domains used for exceptions

We have a couple of EDM lists of emails that we use for exceptions on a number of policies already.

We have a number of business partners that we have TLS set up with so we want to exclude those from most of our policies.

I have created a TLS EDM and it has successfully been uploaded. <companyname.co.uk,business.com,anotherone.com etc... >

When I go to add this exception in the policy (click on "Groups" Tab > "Add Exception" > "Recipient matches User Group" > "Recipient based on a Directory from:" the only EDMs in the list to choose from are the existing lists of emails EDMs - not the new TLS domain list.

Is it not possible to exclude a list of domains from a policy? do they have to be individual emails rather than the domain name?

Using an EDM for this would make it much easier to maintain, rather than having to update each policy manually I can just update the EDM once when needed

This would be really handy.  I have talked to symantec about this in the past, but it is not a feature up to version 12.5 as far as I know.
