E_FATI9HE.EXE - request for information

Created: 28 Jan 2008 • Updated: 21 May 2010 | 1 comment
Can anyone advise how you raise a request for virus pattern inclusion with Symantec?
I have checked the forums for Norton Antivirus and there does not seem to be any mention of E_FATI9HE.EXE.
It seems to be a nasty virus; symptoms include remapping the right hand side of the keyboard.
Does anyone know if a fix for E_FATI9HE.EXE is to be included in Norton Antivirus?

Hi!

In order to get a virus analized by Symantec Security Response you need to submit it to the following address:

Use your contact ID for your enterprise support in the form. You will receive an email confirming that the file has been received and after it gets analized, another email that tells you what the file is detected as if it is malicious or if it doesn't, an explanation of why not.

If you don't have enterprise products then you can still submit it using this site:

This shoud do ;-)
