  • 1.  Email is abort without reason

    My brightmail version: v8.0.3

    Users report they can't receive emails from some clients
     

    I find the Audit log. I can't explain why the emails is blocked to my users :(

    The short answer is this.  During the SMTP conversation the connection was interrupted.  Unfortunately there is no way for the Brightmail Gateway to accurately report what happened to the connection since it is not the reason the connection was aborted.

    I upate both inbound/outbound session timeout from 30 sec to 1 min.
