Hello,
I have messed up the usual installation process by inadvertently going through the certificate renewal process using the Chrome browser.
I tried picking up the certificate using Firefox first, hoping it would work.  It did something, but then a dialog box informed me that "This personal certificate can't be installed because you do not own the corresponding private key which was created when the certificate was requested".

Then I figured I would try picking it up using Chrome, since that's the browser used to renew it, and all this did was download the "sophia.exe" program. Running that executable as a normal program had no discernable effect.

I desperately need help getting this certificate installed into my Thunderbird email client today, to avoid interuption of work flow.
 

Anybody have any wisdom to share on this dilemma?
