email duplication

Created: 25 Apr 2013 | 3 comments

I'm trying to send email to two recipients. For the first one I have his public key and the second key is not present. Both recipients receive two emails: one encrypted and one unencrypted. All emails are missing headers To: and Cc:

How to fix it?

I use Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2013 and Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.3.0.

I'm not familiar with this problem, would think it might be related to Symantec Desktop Encryption not yet supporting Exchange 2013, as per the Release Notes.

Another my workstation with the same configuration (Outlook 2010 + Exchange 2013 + Desktop Encryption 10.3.0) working fine.

I tried to reinstall Desktop Encryption on the problematic workstation, but without result.

Is it possible that the Desktop PC which is having the problem has a different Add-in in Outlook which may be conflicting with our PGP add-in?  What email protocol are you using? Is this a desktop client that is managed by Symantec Encryption Management Server? Or is this a standalone (un-managed) desktop client?
