"Email History" setting doesn't work

  • 1.  "Email History" setting doesn't work

    This is what happened during my tests:

    1. I've set it to 2 weeks and it works: shows 20 mails.
    2. I've changed it to 1 day and it works: shows 3 mails.
    3. I've changed it back to 2 weeks and it DOESN'T work: still shows 3 mails.

    How can I troubleshoot this? Feel free to ask for more info if needed. Thanks. Regards.
