Email Images do not appear in tickets.

When a ticket is submitted via email, its images, if any, do not appear in the description. Instead, the typical placeholder appears with a red X in the upper left hand corner. Like so:

Does anyone know of a fix for this.

Yeah we also get the same problem in 7.1 and is quite important that we get it sorted...I've noticed images attach to the incident under the "attachments" section and sometimes if you email from the ticket and someone replies sometimes if there is an image on the reply it does show up.
