Email Issue

We just upgraded to Exchange 2007 and now the inbox for Helpdesk Solution stopped working. When I test the connection status i get this: BAD Command received in Invalid state.

Any ideas?

NM I figured it out. Ya need to make the setting in that article on the actual mailbox(es).
