Hmmm... I think you are asking about this:
Open SD.Email.Monitor => Model [2]: ProcessMessage => Go to the top right of the workflow and you will see two different Submit Incident Components, one being for known users by email and unknown ones => open them up and under the settings tab there is 'OverrideBackgroundColor:' which is set to Transparent.
Try toying with that a bit and see how it works out for you.
