I am setting up PGP desktop for this first time.(Version 10.2.0)

I am sending email using outlook (office pro plus 2010)

    My email is not encyrypted.

I tried putting [PGP] in the subject.

    I also tried sensitivity =confidential.

in  PGP log,I do not see any error . But I see a warning in the status bar :PGP messaging is disabled.

How do I enable PGP messaging? Do I need to create a new service, or a new messaging policy?

    Thanks,Peter

On the Messaging tab of PGP Option, you need to select Secure Emal.  You probably also want to enable Discover New Accounts.

    Tom,

    Where is this tab  ?

In PGP Desktop, under PGP Messaging, I see New Service , PGP Log and New Policy.

    Thanks, PEter

To access PGP Options, you can go to the PGP Desktop's Tools Menu and select Options.
