Is there a way for us to email our IT guys if any of the jobs fail in Altiris DS?

There is nothing built into DS to do this. That is an NS thing.

Taking this a step further, is there a token to define the user that executed that task so that the e-mail can be targeted? i.e. If one of the helpdesk users kicks off a build task, it would be nice if that user got the e-mail as opposed to sending to a static group e-mail.
