  • 1.  Email notifications when an incident is closed

    When customising email headers and footers in SD 7.1 I go to the usual suspects, SD.DataServices and SD.IncidentManagement where I have sorted all but one. I cannot find where the send mail component for the notification when an incident is closed by the customer. Would someone please put me out of my misery and tell me where to find it?

    In Incident Management, in the Survey Task dialog workflow component before the end component in the Customer Confirm Resolution model, theres a comp labeled "Send Incident Survey Email" in the start model.

    Also, in the Customer Confirm Resolution model, in the Have Customer Confirm Resolution dialog workflow component, we send an email in the start model. This comp is labelled "Send Incident Resolution Email".

    I'm unsure what version of SD you're looking at, but this looks like the right place.

    "Send Incident Survey Email" That's the one! Many thanks!

    Now, would someone explain to me why only some of Send Mail components reference the email header and footer settings in SD.DataServices and ones like the Send Incident Survey Incident don't?
